Sales Executive (1 to 3 Year Experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to
join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a strong customer
service orientation, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves managing sales
inquiries, building strong client relationships, and guiding potential buyers through the
property purchase process. As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in promoting our
properties and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Meet with clients to determine their specific needs and preferences,
providing personalized advice on properties that best meet those needs.
- Sales Presentations: Showcase properties to potential buyers, explaining the unique
features and benefits, and conducting site visits when necessary.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing
any inquiries or concerns and following up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through networking, social media,
property portals, and marketing campaigns.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed on real estate trends, property values, and competitors
to provide clients with up-to-date and reliable information.
- Documentation and Compliance: Guide clients through the buying process, assisting with
legal documentation, and ensuring all transactions comply with local real estate
regulations.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities and performance metrics, maintaining
accurate records of all interactions with clients and potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies,
and attend networking events to represent the brand.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in real estate sales or a related field, with a proven
track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is
preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and property listing
platforms.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of local real estate laws, property regulations, and the
market landscape.
- Personality Traits: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable with a customer-first
mindset.
